This is an important menu option and should be used on upgrading, re-installation, or after significant changes to your iRecordMusic calendar.

This option checks your iRecordMusic calendar and cleans up the helper AppleScripts which are set in the event's alarm file.

If you change an event's start time or end time there is no need to refresh. However, if you change an event's occurrence, e.g. from daily to weekly, than you must refresh.

	Tip
	After any changes to your iRecordMusic calendar in iCal, quit iCal, as any changes are not actually reflected in its underlying data files until iCal is quit.
